thought that Ubisoft is the recipient of an action for justice on his Kinect equipped combat game, cage Fighters, but we had assumed said combination would have something to do with terribleness of loopholes in the game. As it turns out that the Ultimate Fighting Championship took umbrage with the game for another reason: organization calls for on-the-box game "Becoming the Ultimate Fighting weapons" slogan too closely reflects the name of the group, which can cause buyers think they actually buy an officially authorized UFC game. The group is seeking damages not specified for Ubisoft, as well as a cessation of sales of the game until the offending phrase is removed from its packaging. Human first "is like Donkey Kong" and now this - is nothing sacred? We cannot count the number of times that we refer to ourselves, in a conversation that the "Ultimate Fighting Machines" or "Kings of Ultimate Fighting." We speak as dozens of times per day.
