: basis of Bloomberg, Sony Corporation is seeking a new heir apparent to his reign of consumer electronics and is a familiar name in travel. According to sources cited in the report, within Sony is hoping to install a President to lighten the workload of (and replace) acting CEO Howard Stringer; one of the names in the list says is President of Sony computer entertainment and Chief Kazuo Hirai. A Sony Rep has refused to comment on the story, but Stringer has stated its intention to stay on as CEO until March 2013.According to the report, another potential replacement is currently Executive Vice President Hiroshi Yoshioka--but hopefully if Sony to decide between these two parties, shall take all relevant factors into account.You know, factors such as "which of these two guys Joystiq memes more preparations for?"Using that metric, the choice is crystal clear.
